Prices: All prices are NET in US dollars, effective January, 2011. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Colors & Patterns: Handmade papers and products are subject to variations in color, weight and pattern from lot to lot and contribute to the uniqueness of the item. Once sold out, “Limited” or “one-of-a-kind” items are those that will not be shown again.
Shipping Charges:
- Minimum shipping charge is $5.20 per small Flat Rate US Priority Mail box.
- Minimum shipping per rolled package or long tube (papers, fabrics, ship rolled) is $10. 00. An additional residential delivery fee or rural delivery fee ($5.00 US) may apply, as determined by FedEx and UPS zone charts.
- *Currently our web site only estimates shipping charges based upon the dollar amount of your order, and not by weight, destination and method of transportation you have chosen. Therefore shipping charges noted online are an estimate only and may be higher than estimated for heavy and oversize items.
- DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Most goods will be shipped from within the USA to both US addresses or to international destinations. FedEx or International priority is recommended for USA to Abroad.
In some cases (where noted) certain items will shipped from
Japan. From Japan to USA we recommend EMS-Japanese
Express Mail.
Loss & Damage: Missing and/or damaged goods must be reported to info@papernado.com within 7 days of receipt of order.
Returns: No returns are permitted without prior written approval and without authorized return number. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
